Often feels like no one can do the work better than upper management. - The company has tried to pivot to The Next Big Thing in social media like a teenager going through phases in middle school, ending in lay offs, a lack of transparency and identity crises - Employees are overworked, underpaid, and undervalued - Lots of turnover and no hesitation to fire people leads to distrust and a "what's today's drama?" mindset, covered by an excuse like "our company and social media just moves too fast"
