Great Company - Avis employé Dietary Aide Dove Estates Senior Living

I am a current employee at Dove Estates, and I am responding to the 1st reviewer's response. I have worked here for almost 2 years, and I can not say enough good things about the management at Dove Estates. Management is always willing to roll up their sleeves and work the floor when staffing may be challenged. Management is always willing to approve vacation requests without hesitation, and compensation is granted by over-time and there is pay diff. if you complete a different shift.

I know all companies have some sort of cons, but overall Dove Estates is doing a great job. They treat their employees with respect, support, and staff empowerment.
