      - Incentives (Pension Plan) - Free Dry clean (Uniform) - Contests - Gain connections - Free staff food - Friendly co-workers - Diverse

      Inconvénients

      - Horrible training [new staff tend to quit after 3 weeks - 2 months from stress] - Low staff for covers - Unnecessary pressure to staff - Unnecessary responsibility on things that the staff aren't trained for. - A lot of staff would be fired at random due to unnecessary reasons or pushed to quit because of more stress given to them without any compromise. - Parts of the Management when they communicate can sound very disrespectful, unmotivating and would sound like they are threatening at moments.

From a training perspective, this is close to my heart, as it is something my team and I work tirelessly on. Every team member can expect to receive a full on boarding, which includes skills and service training. In addition to this, we have a full suite of Company training designed to provide new team members with technical, cultural and service related knowledge and skills. Learning and Development is a permanent fixture of The Doyle Collection's offering throughout different parts of our team's careers, and it saddens me that this wasn't your experience at this time.       Avantages

      I really enjoy all the activities and festivities the do for employees from theme celebrations, ice cream trucks and children’s party for the employees children. Besides that the hotel has had many accolades and good atmosphere and it’s feels like everyone is like minded. Good benefits, close to metro and other perks are very nice.

      Inconvénients

      Management can sometimes not be at the same channel and there are some miscommunication issues, some benefits could be better like hybrid schedules and complementary hotel stays. Lockers can be improved.

      Avantages

      Some very nice old school full service perks - breakfast and lunch and dry cleaning, etc.

      Inconvénients

      The turnover rate is extremely high, even for the hospitality industry. The main reason seems to be that the working environment is not pleasant or supportive. Management seems very brittle and not happy. It is never a happy or pleasant place to be. The physical location of the office was in a basement, no light, cold and damp.
