      I did not find any pros.

      Inconvénients

      No work life balance, infinite formats and review, lack of clarity of what to choose in terms of data analysis, systems are made to overburden marketing in the name of simplifying stuff. No pay and designation parity

      Very great colleagues to work with. Everybody's willing to support you with any research or learning you need.

      Inconvénients

      There's no ux design or research team as such.
