Avantages
In India, the company has a good reputation. The only other Pro that can be listed is that the company has many bright managers from India who have experience in working outside of India. But even this Pro has a Con associated with it, because unless you are one of these ethnically Indian managers in the US, or somehow connected with the Hyderabad management family, you will get zero career development in the US office and will not have much chance of promotion.
Inconvénients
US office is the main pipeline to rotate through the preferentially selected India management for a 2 year stay in the US. There is a constant movement of management through the US subsidiary from India and there is no medium-term or long-term opportunity for the US employees.
