      Newest techs (partially) You can learn a lot about large scale solutions Good atmosphere in workplace Scrum works quite nice there

      Inconvénients

      Huge tech debt Deadline-driven-development :) Chaotic architecture Developer has to support his software 24/7 (always one person per team has to be available to fix an incident) => phone calls at 3am No additional bonuses

      Avantages

      Lab environment, A real life exposure when you are a student studying in the university. 3D Printing parts is always fun.

      Inconvénients

      I personally don't find any cons as of now.

      Avantages

      Great people and culture. You can get experience regarding technologies used at scale. In this company, you can get experience in many technologies from the open source world as well as build in-house. Currently, the company is moving toward public cloud as one of the first in Poland.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale can be below current average in Kraków. Currently, It's a feeling that there is too much focus on the company mission around freedom of the media. Nowadays the Dreamlab is part of the RASP, big well-organized corporation. Based on that there is less startup mindset more calculation or business reasoning.
