      Avantages

      Great work culture, work life balance and business logic is really good. They also handled covid really well even though it affected their primary business. Did not put profits above people

      Inconvénients

      Not much, if I have to nit pick then politics in some department but that is contained and not a company wide thing. good for tech overall

      Avantages

      After years of consulting, it is nice to be part of a team again. The Drip Capital US team is smart, driven and easy to work with. You take ownership quickly and are allowed to make the changes and upgrades needed to succeed in your given tasks.

      Inconvénients

      Though I am used to it, having overseas partners is always a bit of a challenge due to time zones, however, Drip has an India night crew to support US operations and limits this exposure. Drip US is still a start-up which I really enjoy, but some people find challenging.

      Interesting problem set, probably profitable, albeit minimally

      Inconvénients

      extremely poor data architecture, unstable data sources, extremely narrow margin product
