      Avantages

      Drive Inc has clients all over the US sitting on a waiting list, so there's a lot of upward . mobility and career growth.The work environment is fun. The managers have a complete open door policy, and reward their staff based on merit, not seniority or favoritism.

      Inconvénients

      Because of the waiting list of clients, the hours can be long. The environment is very fast paced. Staff members are required to work in all areas of the business from working with the design and production team, to clients, to customers, so you have to have great people skills. There's a lot of career growth, so you have to be a goal oriented, driven person.

      Avantages

      I've worked at a lot of places before working at Drive, and I can confidently say that no other company has offered the rewards and satisfaction this company has to offer. Not only is it a fun and friendly place to work at, there are career and business opportunities only this company has to offer. Unlike any other job I have ever had, I look forward to waking up every day and coming into work and interacting with colleagues and clients. I would recommend this job to anyone with a strong work ethic and looking to better their life

      Inconvénients

      The cons are few and far between. At first the hours and effort seem to be a bit more than most companies but the rewards from the time and energy are more than worth it
