      Perks like health care, food, gym allowance and stock

      Inconvénients

      Immature product not ready for the enterprise space. A complete disconnection between HQ and regional offices. Sever underestimation of the market and product's readiness while expecting salespeople to reach impossible targets. Poor remuneration for sales people.

      Tech isn't really cutting edge anymore. All the new stuff is AI related gimmicks to try and keep up with competition.
