Avantages
Product is well engineered and thought behind garments is customer driven. Local leadership seems to support internal teammates.
Inconvénients
Stock holders hold too much power, resulting in loss of great employees as there is a drive for money, not retaining people and developing them. Hire from within is rare from two years of working in management. Company "Welds" (company values) are a great foundation ignored by the upper leadership stuck doing things the "old way" vs forging ahead to compete with other retailers.
