Good company to work in - Avis employé QA Analyst Dycom

It was a good time I learned a lot and compensation was nice

The team was somewhat unorganized

Exposed to a lot of different software and tools. Team culture is decent (depending on what area you're in).

Pay is so bad - Dycom stock is up over 200% in the last 5 years and merit increases are between 3% to 3.5%. They see us as headcount and not as human being with families. They do not pay bonuses unless you're a manager or higher. Resources are lean. They are not hiring or promoting in IT department. Communication between departments could use a lot of work.
