      Company is only punctual in organizing events

      Inconvénients

      Hr will only meet you at joining and exit. No room for improving or learning. They don't have training structure not even incentive cycle. Few people who take the decision and mostly people are asked to leave within 6 months. No culture or any vision for anyone's growth.
