Avantages
Smart people, pretty great work life balance, great culture (internal to Dynetics). My management (both hierarchal and within my program) is very supportive of me. Good 401k match Decent time off for new hires compared to other small businesses. Good tuition assistance (they have a tiered payback plan if you leave the company, so you’re not indentured for years and years)
Inconvénients
Insurance could be a concern if you’re not young and single. Leidos corporate is trying to slowly kill the Dynetics name, so that gets pretty old. That’s showbiz, I guess. Employee retention is a problem.
