      Avantages

      EBMS is very family orientated. They make sure that we have plenty of work/life balance. They are also very understanding when an emergency comes up and do their best to work with each and every employee.

      Inconvénients

      I only have 2 years working with EBMS, so I don't have any cons to report, nor do I intend on having any.

      Many staff members have been at EBMS for 10-20 years. Support remote working and have decent tools to accomplish job

      Inconvénients

      Medical Benefits employee share are high-offering more support for mental health-but costs are still high.

      Great people, especially the long term employees that were part of the family-owned days.

      Inconvénients

      Private Equity money requires growth and reduced expense. Everyone was running above maximum capacity
