      Avantages

      The pay was great and there was a lot of independence. Most likely due to the poor management from Senior level and above.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management to C Level was out of touch of what is going on in the front lines. There was little to no motivation to excel and the company is trailing far behind the competition. They seem to be shutting down the US operations and retracting back to Canada which is probably the best case scenario for the company to remain in business.

      Avantages

      Great, disruptive technology that clients seemed to really like using.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately lots of changes and RIF's due to economic conditions.
