      Avantages

      ECA combines an ideal environment for a self-starter that thrives on a forward thinking, entrepreneurial, and data driven approach. My enjoyment was found in the fast-paced challenge of balancing clients with high EQ/IQ and a talented internal Team. The CEO and team are made up of amazing people that are down to earth, highly intelligent, and driven. ECA has a lot of room to grow and is on the cutting edge of the industry. My time there was very positive and would recommend to anyone that is looking to be stretched personally and professionally.

      Inconvénients

      For me personally it was the geographical location.

      - Work hours (8:30 - 6:30) can be a significant adjustment for those leaving academia

      Lots going on at all times, really need to stay focused and plugged in and on calls a lot
