Avantages

There are no pros here

Inconvénients

The company was acquired by Garda and since then it's gotten terrible. They are steadily off shoring as many jobs as they can, pay below market, no sick time, benefits are crappy, 401k match sucks and vesting schedule is draconian, only 6 paid holidays...basically after acquisition our new corporate overlords, have done everything to show they truly do not care about employees at all. Basically if the law doesn't mandate they provide it, they don't, period. You don't want to work for a company that disregards their employees so thoroughly.

Avantages

This role gives you a lot of autonomy and freedom. The support levels from all departments are extremely high. They never feels like management is micromanaging or keeping you on a tight leash. They provide all of the resources for you to be successful.

Inconvénients

Going through a recent merger there’s been a lot of of growing pains when it comes to systems and processes.

Avantages

-Great Supervisor. (For now). -Coworkers care for each other. -Unlimited PTO. (Strings attached even if not talk about) -Growth and learn. Perfect to start learning about IT. -Take truck home. (Might change under new management) -Clock in/out door to door from home. (Change under new management)

Inconvénients

- Pay - Always problems with pay and pay raises - Take truck home and Clock in/out from home used to compansate pay but not anymore due to new managemeent. - NEW management - Gardaworld Adquired stealth and replaced almost all ECAM managemetn to Stealth management - No ECAM employee got a raise or move up even though work and resposability grew - Unrealsistic expectations - 110% is not the problem (In my opinion this is how you grow and expand your 100% )but asking for 200% (Single person doing a 2 man job) is a problem. - Micromanagement - They are implementing time management metrics to the minutes. How long it takes you to drive, prepare work task, lunch and complete the job without first taking in considerations so many factors. - Policy changes - Affecting current emplooyes negatly without any benefits to balance.
