Joining ECOM 8 years ago was the best career move I made. It has allowed me to work in an environment of adults who yes have targets but are allowed to work in a way which brings out the best results, rather than a cog in a wheel of continuous KPI's and strict performance management. This was a breath of fresh air to say the least. The career progression here is great and managed well. A lot of support here in terms of training and development from the wider IQ group, tailored specifically to each individuals needs, rather than a generic not so effective program. Not to mention the trainer who is absolutely fantastic! Overall a great place to work with some really talented people who work really hard, collaboration is key and everyone is very helpful and informative.
