There cannot be any pros about this company as the senior management here is worst.
Inconvénients
There are many for this column. First of all, the higher management thinks that they are god and people working in this company are slaves and even a statement is made from the management that ' i make them to work like slaves as m paying them, m not sitting here for charity'. So if if u have to work in this company forget about your self respect. Even the lady employees are treated very badly, be it HR or anyone. All the good reviews mentioned here is not by employee's own wish. They are being made to write this. The management has full rights to shout on you infront of any one and that too very badly, so think again and again before joining this company. Working late night is very common in this company. No work life balance, if you join here forget about your family. There are many more but these are the major ones.
