      Avantages

      Exposure to multiple types of projects

      Inconvénients

      Not good work life style. Too much of pressure and ignorance. Employees are treated as slaves and many times seen top management shouting arrogantly at employees in front of all. Office timings is worst. People end up working till mid night and many times till early morning. COO is very poor in writing mails and using proper grammar. Many of his mails doesn't convey the message what he was supposed to.

      Avantages

      It's one of the better companies that create content with blended learning, microlearning and most other upcoming eLearning technology. Great place to learn these tools and skills as well.

      Inconvénients

      Can get overwhelming with the workload sometimes.

      Many high quality of Level 3 instructional designing work is done. Direct client facing account

      The appraisal process is a myth Survival skills are based on your power of being a "chamcha" to gossip mongers If old employees don't like your gut you're gone The management just blames and sacks without giving any chance 100% micro management exists Weekend work without intimation No personal space
