      Avantages

      ELM Learning has a wonderful positive work environment. The people are great and it’s a fun place to be. The team creates beautiful work and it’s always nice too when clients keep coming back.

      Avantages

      The ELM team is easy to work with and very supportive for freelance/contract LXDs and Learning Strategists. The clients are also very interesting with some challenging-but-exciting needs that helped push my skills in a good way.

      Inconvénients

      The work is fast-paced, so it requires full concentration at times. It's very difficult to juggle two or more opportunities at a time.
