      Avantages

      1. policies are very good, best policies among all the other IT companies. 2. They value employees, hence work automatically gets done perfectly. 3. No need to ask anybody for any help or approvals, everything is maintained very well and every single thing has a portal separately with all the required information needed. 4. insurance, leave, medical appointments, mental health, meal card, WFH furniture loans, emergency loans, and many other benefits are too good and employee-friendly. 5. Above all, they give the best pay in the market. 6. Learning processes are continuous here, so they will be updated and ready every time. useful for upskilling ourselves. 7. No need to continuously stay in one project for a long time. 8. No micromanagement, employees are trusted here the most. 9. Company culture is way too different from others and it is good. 10. People are very techy, responsive, helpful, and down-to-earth.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing as of now. Everything is good here. I would 200% recommend everyone to join.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
