Avantages

Good pay and benefits. CEO has made many positive changes and the company continues to grow under his leadership.

Inconvénients

Upper management uses passive aggressive tactics to punish employees. Not good for your mental health. No alignment with EPCOR values and culture. The Director is oblivious to what’s taking place. What was once a good place to work is the last place you want to be because of upper management. There’s a buddy system and you pretty much have to suck up to senior management to move up.
