      Avantages

      EPCOR is a well-managed company, with solid compensation, benefits, culture and values, and work-life balance. EPCOR's acquisitions and continuous improvement projects create room for professional growth and interesting challenges, and change occurs predictably, and in a measured and well-planned way.

      Inconvénients

      Because of the stability of the organization and low turnover (both of which are positive aspects of working for EPCOR), professional growth can eventually be limited.

      Decent Pay for work load if corporate roles or upper management, field workers not so much

      Inconvénients

      High turnover Transparency- Zero Support from leadership - Zero Culture- cliquish, roomer mill Claims of future, terms at end of projects Benefits- Costly plans Canadian operations and talent are solid, US is looked at as disposable.
