Their GoLive date has never evolved, it was supposed to be August 2019, well it's February 2020 now. They have no clients actually contracted, their "proprietary" software can't get through testing and the CEO is never present or truly engaged and has a clue of what goes into operating a business of this magnitude. You will have EVERYTHING put on you because he literally just doesn't have the experience and knowledge of what a contact center truly entails.
