Avantages
Overall it is a good company to work for. The work culture is honestly amazing and people are supportive. My teammates are helpful and easy to collaborate with. There are proper learning opportunities. We have to enroll in courses every month through Saksham and Udemy and complete the certifications as part of our learning requirement. If an ESDSian requests other platforms, HR usually approves it. There are weekly activities and platforms where you can share ideas and express yourself. It does not feel dull.
Inconvénients
At times, it feels like certain team members receive more visibility and preference, possibly due to closer working alignment with the leadership. This can be a bit discouraging for others in the team. Some ideas take time to get approval and may not always be discussed in depth, which can feel limiting. Work pressure is usually manageable.
