There would some Pros in future if the current CHRO is asked to resign. Cannot find any Pros for now.
Inconvénients
HR department is one of the strongest department in every company but if you talk about our company, there is not even a single person in HR that is capable. Such a poor Management by CHRO who is not at all worthy of sitting at that position, She has been harassing the employees in the name of Appraisals. It's been more than 6 months that there has been no appraisals. She always make sure that people are tortured to the core and then they are given the money. Firstly we are given PMS forms to fill, then our manager ratings, after that there is assessment and still She is not convinced. Now she has instructed her smart HR team to take one on one interviews with the employees. The employees worked so hard for the entire year and now they would be rated by such incapable people who does not even have the domain knowledge. On the top of it they interviews like the people sit in the fish market and asking stupid irrelevant questions which are unrelated. Our CEO must be completely unaware of just stupid decisions taken in the organization as he would never support such nonsense. CHRO really needs to step down as she doesn't value the hardwork of the people working in the company and this is the major reason people are unhappy in the organization and leaving ESDS. That PMS team needs to be dissolved as it does not serve any purpose. Incapable and non deserving people are driving that department under her leadership who spent their complete time in either gossiping or surfing their phones. How can the recently joined employees take interviews of senior and their ratings would justify the work done by employees. Sick environment.
