      Avantages

      Innovative business who invest in their employees to grow and develop. ESP provides a great place to work where employees are empowered to grow, be innovative and implement new strategic ideas. Each part of the business work closely together and supporting each other for success. There is always employment and promotional opportunities available for all employees. The business nurtures and grows talent form within, having a step-up programme to enable just that.

      Inconvénients

      Not much really. The utilities industry is face paced and always evolving. So keeping up with the pace of the industry and standards.

      Avantages

      Lots of communication about the business and where they are working towards; Nice facilities; Good salary; Nice management events all inclusive; Good benefits and on the spot rewards.

      Inconvénients

      This is about operations specifically - very toxic management; Lots of micro management; No trust in employees; Resentment towards a hybrid role Poor communication amongst team managers, Bad behaviours not discouraged from managers and team treated poorly and without respect or care, Lack of respect for team members and their personal circumstances / life styles.

      Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry that your experience has fallen short of what we would hope for. Specifically in our Operations department we have a strong management team who is leading with care and understanding of their team needs and challenges. Recently we have introduced targeted Coaching which is supporting managers with their leadership style and we have seen great improvements since then.       - Constantly shifting focus meaning a lack of direction - Selective applications of strategy with clients - Old school management style / ruling by fear and intimidation

We recognise that creating a positive and supportive working environment is essential for both employee wellbeing and organisational success. As such, we deliver regular training and coaching for managers and leaders to strengthen their management style. Additionally, we implemented wellbeing initiatives such as stress management sessions, employee assistance programmes, and quiet spaces for reflection to support employees psychological safety.
