The company itself has many benefits for the employee, includes (all of the following under peruvian laws): - Healthcare - Extra compensation - Company meetings (good for socializing since the job is remote)
Inconvénients
You are pretty much at the mercy of the client that you have to work with. (The following is describing the client i had to work with, not the company that hired me) I had to work with a US client (Reliable reports) and, although they were really chill, comprehensive and overall a good team to work with, their specific work methodology leaves much to be desired.
