      So many wonderful families and students

      Inconvénients

      The administration is a mess, the executive director does not care for the well being of the staff and is only concerned about the financial side of the school and how it’s perceived to the public. Staff is treated like they do not matter and are often asked to do things without being paid.

      Great students Close with a handful of coworkers Pension and health insurance

      Inconvénients

      High burnout rates among teachers. Many of these burnt out teachers have negative attitudes and the students suffer for it. Extremely high expectations from overly demanding parents. Upper administration does not provide enough support. Unrealistic workloads. No real consequences for misbehaving students. Rampant violence in the school among some students. We are not valued, supported, and paid enough for the amount of work we have to do.
