      Avantages

      Great coworkers in the drudges and chaos with you, decent starting pay. Great networking with clients since you are the one right in front of them. Owners are friendly and enjoy a good party.

      Inconvénients

      The more time you spend in the field the less valuable you are in the office, easy pass over for promotions, and little room to grow within company.

      I want to say thank you for your review. Though I see some positive things, I am sorry you had a negative outlook while you were employed at Earth Systems. I will say since the departure date (Early 2016), our focus for amazing employee experience and reducing turnover has been my number one goal. I am happy to say that we are there now and we all keep striving to make it better each day. I appreciate your honesty and I do hope that you are happy with your new endeavors.

      Lots of work, great equipment, great pay for entry level position

      Inconvénients

      Lots of work--I was always busy.

      Avantages

      I love my experiences at Earth Systems, they were always different everyday and I never stopped learning.

      Inconvénients

      Quite a bit of travel
