Avantages
Work is okay for initial year They are offloading everything to loadshare so in a year they will just handle few things and major tech will be done by loadshare.So in a year there will be bare minimum tech .
Inconvénients
They just fired 500 employess just to save some cost and forced them to resign with severance. It was purely cost based so no matter how good you are the target. CEO , CTO has no empathy for employess. They were not even in office at time of firing. They were in their holes like a rat. Now about work , no planning for any feature or product just some changes arbitrarily come and you will work on that. Everything comes as a top priority.
