Avantages

Mostly nice people to work with. Lots of room for creativity and if you like, ability to 'wear many hats.' Salary is pretty competitive.

Inconvénients

Executive team doesn't appear to know how to get out of the 'start-up' company mode, which isn't working for a company this size and that's been in business 5 years +. Way too many Chiefs and VPs to get things done (all talk no action). Roles are not well defined. Lacking a lot of communication between departments (working in "silos"). Products are not working properly. Projects are mishandled.

Avantages

What the company was trying to achieve was great, and both the products and projects groups had great people working in them.

Inconvénients

The upper management was clueless. As one of the senior engineers, I never spoke with upper management despite being a few feet away every day. They just didn't understand how to make the company profitable, and focusing all their energies on the EVSE side proved to be our demise.

Avantages

The idea of what the company stood for was outstanding. The people/customers believing in the company by committing to the products made working for the company worthwhile.

Inconvénients

Disorganized with no clear communication between departments or field personal.
