      Avantages

      this company was on the cutting edge of Electric vehicle infrastructure... and obtained a large Fed grant (50-50%).

      Inconvénients

      however it lacked the vision to monetize its charging service and therefore it went out of business and poor finance oversight never predicted the outcome

      Avantages

      What the company was trying to achieve was great, and both the products and projects groups had great people working in them.

      Inconvénients

      The upper management was clueless. As one of the senior engineers, I never spoke with upper management despite being a few feet away every day. They just didn't understand how to make the company profitable, and focusing all their energies on the EVSE side proved to be our demise.

      Avantages

      The idea of what the company stood for was outstanding. The people/customers believing in the company by committing to the products made working for the company worthwhile.

      Inconvénients

      Disorganized with no clear communication between departments or field personal.
