...Whilst the company pride themselves on finding "strong performers", this creates a sink or swim culture which can be really detrimental for fresh out of University graduates, especially when the company offers no training. Total lack of transparency over job role, career progression, pay; this can create somewhat of a weird culture. Poor work-life balance. Expected to work well beyond the contracted hours as the norm; rather than productivity it's about who's in the office the latest. Projects are often disorganised and last minute with no real project management. The glass ceiling

Key pros include: - opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects and tasks and to take ownership of analytical work from day one - opportunity to build professional profile in the sector and be at the centre of the Net Zero debate - great team culture where everyone can thrive.

Not many cons as my experience at Ecuity was mostly positive.
