So much opportunity for growth even if it takes you to another state you can stay with the company. Maternity/ Paternity leave. No waiting period for benefit enrollment & 401k match whether or not you contribute.

      Inconvénients

      Growing fast and need support. Would be more fun if more people came to the office but I think that will happen organically as Covid goes away.

      You'd be working with a senior and friendly team. Everyone is mission driven and respectful. Family culture, and relaxed work environment.

      Inconvénients

      I love this company, so hard to put any cons there.
