The CEO (sasta Narayana Murthy) has an inflated ego and treats employees like laborers rather than professionals. Salaries are paid only to favored employees, while others are ignored and left unpaid. The work environment is toxic, filled with gossip and favoritism, where certain employees get special treatment while others struggle. Instead of focusing on improving the product and business, management wastes time on unnecessary things.
