      Avantages

      There are no pros as such, for me the training was not of worth

      Inconvénients

      This training program give false hope to people that they will get placed in Capgemini,they wasted our 4 months and they expected us to show up for every single day for 30 days even our health was comprises, no concern about health etc and no placement support
