Inconvénients
- the new hires are mostly from a particular region and from particular colleges and the quality of new hires has gone down drastically
- company has started counting hours spent in office, no one knows how this data will be used later
- no mid level engineers, freshers are doing the heavy lifting
- most seniors see the org as a retirement home and are not very serious
- too much reliance on AI without doing a cost benefit analysis (if AI providers increase prices, this org will be paralysed)
- juniors are being pushed to work only with AI and the fundamentals are missing and seeing the codebase, the products are bound to have a lot of bugs in the future and will have to retire the system and build again
