Avantages
* A lot of interesting people work at Ei. Fun to work with them * Opportunities to travel according to the projects you get - field visits, trainings, etc are common * You can carve out your own career and switch departments if you know how to network well inside the company. * Pay is good and comes on time.
Inconvénients
* Micromanagement: management needs a count of every hour of your time, very little space to innovate and create. * Terrible systems: most of your time will be spent doing mundane tasks like copy-pasting, porting across systems, etc that can be easily automated. * No work-life balance because understaffed: taking leaves is difficult, you may get blamed(!) for taking your paid time offs. Overtime & weekend work is common. *No quality work. A lot of firefighting and chasing (&missing) deadlines due to rapid influx of projects. Teams don't get the time to build capacity or systems, leading to subpar delivery. Very unsatisfactory work. * A lot of unnecessary compulsory meetings and team calls that eat up into our work hours and make us extend work late into the night/weekend
