      Training provided Learn alot about abatement systems Hands-on work flexible benefits S$1500 per year AWS VB

      Inconvénients

      More of a technician role than an engineer role. Management does not care about your qualifications. (If u have degree/diploma/cert) Need to do standby duty High OT hours. Mostly unplanned OT. No work-life balance (depends on the site you are deployed at) Team leader always finds new ways to micromanage us.

      Avantages

      I loved working there. Detailed 3D modeling is awesome and there was plenty of that kind of work. I worked on many new system designs as well as flagship systems.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of documented engineering policies

      Small, family like environment in the plant

      Inconvénients

      Upper Management always micro manages, does not permit new ways to go about the business. Frequent layoffs, no previous notice.
