Avantages
Edwards strongly supports its employees in many ways including good pay and benefits, paid professional training and time off, and good cross-company communications on mission and strategy. In my role after 5 years, I feel empowered to do my job without micromanagement. When I do have work questions or need assistance, co-workers and my program manger are happy to jump in and provide advice and support. Finally, Edwards has a very diverse staff including many non-US people from whom i learn and grow personally.
Inconvénients
The commute to Columbia MD can be long, but no real cons otherwise.
