Inconvénients
Salary always late, about 10 - 15 days late sometimes half salary as the company dint have funds. Sujit as boss is pathetic, never in office, even his boss has scolded him numerous times for his work and management. Company has no funds due to which at a time hardly more than 10-20 employees are working in the company, that too all freshers, in an office of 2bhk flat size. And please dont ever leave rhe company without clearing ur remaining 1 or 2 month salary, as it will never be paid. The manager will keep making some excuses and ultimately after an year he wont even pick ur calls or revert to ur messages. Company has no HR, no accountant, no receptionist, just employees and sujit. So sometimes employees can expect to give some hands in other office work. No team outing. You wont to get to learn much as all are freshers, hardly any have more than 3 years of experience. After 2,3 years, you dont need to resign they will automatically fire u as they cant afford employees with packages of 5 or close.
