      FOR R&D engineer designation: Contribution of own thoughts will be a bit less. Much pressure, because a number of projects will be handled by single person parallelly which in turn reduces the quality of work. FOR Support/technician: No matter how enthusiastic/skillful/knowledge full you are, you will be treated as just illiterate for the entire tenure.
