      if any pros for this company is only the work stability.. nothing else i can think of... maybe the friendly work environment between employees.

      Inconvénients

      low salaries, no overtime pay, no investment in employees, no policy for raise... overall not a good work environment lately as it lacks employees satisfaction and happiness.

      Avantages

      - Flexible and evolving environment - Ability to work on site, closely to business from Al Riyadh - Hybrid - Strong and variable projects between fintech companies and Saudi ministers

      Inconvénients

      - Salaries are way far from the market, which is not satisfying and less motivating - Not stable management, which affects negatively the work environment - KPIs are not stable and does not match the work efforts
