Avantages
Good social activities and parties. Enjoyable in terms of celebrations for Christmas halloween etc. You get bonus.
Inconvénients
Flexi timing- clock out for Christmas lunch and team lunch which will be debit in your clocking. We Need to work extra hours to cover this. Don’t eat anything beyond the budget else you pay your own money. Strictly no mobile allowed... you will be monitored 24/7 to see how long you take for toilet breaks and tea breaks as long as it’s within reasonable times.
