Avantages

colleagues were definitely the highlight of working here

Inconvénients

too much pressure on employees to meet quotas. they put all new employees on probation and can let you go without a warning. too much pressure for so little pay. also, the people on the receiving end of the line are upset at these types of calls (rightfully so) and sometimes are hostile and aggressive.

Avantages

Most of the supervisors are very nice and understand getting yelled at for 5 hours can begin to wear on people's nerves.

Inconvénients

The shifts were very long considering they involve doing very little. I would have preferred shorter but more frequent shifts but their schedules were very rigid which resulted in me needing to quit to return to school.
