Avantages
Pros and Cons: Company - Good place to work on comparing to my friends company. As a fresher it is definitely a best place for you. Salary - It will be as stated on your offer. After your completion of probation you will be ranged on some fixed CTC and mostly not based on your performance in training. But you can demand for it conidering your performance. (To know your monthly inhand salary, deduct 3K from your monthly salary stated, this is a approximate calculation) Learning - As a fresher, you will get a good exposure. You will get chances to learn new things. And learning new things on your work is completely based on your project and leads, if you got a good project and lead it's your luck. (Your projects will be decided based on your performance on first 10 to 15days of training) Work agreement - You will be having a 2 years of mutual agreement, and you marksheets will be collected for assurance. (As a fresher you may feel little pressure, but you don't need to get worry about it, you will get practiced to manage your work) Work time: Office time is 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM. But in real time, you will not be able to follow this. It is based on your project and your ability to complete the work. There will not be adequate resources provided(this is a common thing in most of the mid sized company), so you may feel like working for a long time. Some times it will be 8hr to 9hrs, but some times it maybe even 10hrs and more. So to take care of yourself, practice work-life balance. And you definitely cannot expect a 9 to 6 job here. Leave: 18 days of paid leave per year that you can take based on your need. Saturday and Sunday holiday. Then Govt. holidays.
