Perspective commerciale
Avantages
When first began working for company it was extremely busy and there was lots of overtime. As the Oil & Gas industry took an economic downturn so did the company going from over 100 employees to less than 45 in 1 1/2 years. Upon getting laid-off the Manager could not keep up and the responsibilities were delegated to other departments.
Inconvénients
Direct Management reporting not very knowledgeable and having to be trained by the personnel who report to them how to do their job. Upper management awarding back stabbing at times. Gender biased at times.
