      Opportunities to learn a lot in a short period Supportive environment during the initial phase Exposure to good projects that helped enhance practical skills

      Inconvénients

      1.Salaries are often delayed, causing financial stress 2.HR support is unresponsive and lacks transparency 3.Management is disorganized with poor planning and communication 4.No proper work-life balance; extreme working hours, sometimes up to 17 hours a day 5.No compensation for overtime work 6.Very minimal or no salary hikes despite promises 7.Commitments made by the company are often not fulfilled
